Father's Day Ribeye Steak

  • 1 lrg 1 ½ to 2-inch-thick Bone in Ribeye Steak
  • 1/4 tsp Salt & Pepper


  • Pat Steak with paper towels and rub in ½ Tsp. Salt and ¼ Tsp. each side of the Steak.
    Chill uncovered 2-3 hours.
    Remove from refrigerator and bring to room temperature for about an hour before grilling. Pat with paper towels again and season again with Salt and Pepper.
    Sear Steak over direct heat on the Grill for 4 to 6 minutes each side until desired temperature.
    Remember fat in the Steak adds flavor!
    You want to bring each side to a crispy brown on the outside for a medium rare on the inside for maximum flavor.

All you need is 1 Lrg. 1 ½ to 2-inch-thick Bone in Ribeye Steak, Salt, Pepper, Paper towels and a Grill.
