Halloween Pumpkin Pie

Ingredients
  

  • 1 can 15 oz Pumpkin Puree
  • 3 lrg Eggs
  • 1 1/4 cup packed Light Brown Sugar
  • 1 cup Heavy Whipping Cream
  • 1/4 cup Milk
  • 1 tbs Cornstarch
  • 1 1/2 tsp Cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp Ground Ginger
  • 1/4 tsp Nutmeg
  • 1/8 tsp Ground Cloves
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/8 tsp Pepper

Instructions
 

  • Spray a Pie Baking Dish with nonstick cooking spray.
  • In a bowl mix well together and blend all ingredients
  • Mix everything well until blended smooth. Preheat oven to 375 Degrees, pour Pumpkin mixture into Pie Crust ¾ way to the top (may have extra, can put in cupcake tins to bake) and bake 350
