
Halloween Pumpkin Pie
A holiday fav for the Fam!
Ingredients
- 1 can 15 oz Pumpkin Puree
- 3 lrg Eggs
- 1 1/4 cup packed Light Brown Sugar
- 1 cup Heavy Whipping Cream
- 1/4 cup Milk
- 1 tbs Cornstarch
- 1 1/2 tsp Cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp Ground Ginger
- 1/4 tsp Nutmeg
- 1/8 tsp Ground Cloves
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/8 tsp Pepper
Instructions
- Spray a Pie Baking Dish with nonstick cooking spray.
- In a bowl mix well together and blend all ingredients
- Mix everything well until blended smooth. Preheat oven to 375 Degrees, pour Pumpkin mixture into Pie Crust ¾ way to the top (may have extra, can put in cupcake tins to bake) and bake 350
