New Year’s Eve Stuffed Mushrooms Appetizer
A flavor explosion to bring in the new year!
- 6 lrg Portobello Mushrooms washed and stems removed
- Olive Oil
- 8 oz Fresh Goat Cheese
- Drizzle Olive Oil on Mushrooms with sprinkle of Salt and Pepper.
- Put under broiler face down for 2-3 minutes, remove from oven and drain any excess juice inside the Mushroom.
- Prepare Goat Cheese mixture
Shopping List: 5-6 Lrg. Portobello Mushrooms, 8 oz. Pkg. of Fresh Goat Cheese, Olive Oil, Garlic Cloves, 1 Bunch Fresh Cilantro, 1 Bunch Fresh Parsley, Fresh Basil Leaves, Salt and Pepper. Can double or even triple recipe for serving more guests.
